SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Www.highstreetwhistles.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier either the United States Postal Service, Canada Post or for International customers your local Postal service and address the issue directly with them. High Street Whistles does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 14-35 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. Exceptions are express shipping paid by customers which are 5 business days.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. Estimated processing and shipping times are displayed below: Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Code (in the form of your Billing Name) or as store credit for the item(s) not in stock.
Please expect that multiple orders may be delivered in different packages and different days due to different sources of products. Please again be patient on delivery time, allowing to 14 -25 business days of delivery.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, we reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, High Street Whistles reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
High Street Whistles reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in the online store and in a future physical store) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Since our products are sourced from different parts of the world, shipping of products might be affected and delayed from its destination country's holiday however long it might be. We apologize for any inconveniences.
We bear in mind that your order is important, so we aim to fulfill orders as speedy as possible. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it. So we encourage you to be sure of the product you are selecting before confirming the order. Please refer to our returns policy.
