RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at High Street Whistles (HSW).
Returns are accepted only in EXTREME cases since we take our time to check and parcel each individual product exactly as shown in the pictures before shipping it out to our valued customers from all over the world.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are exempted on sales, products out of stock or any fault of the purchaser. Online purchases that are made through our online store are valid for returns within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Our return center is in China.
Simply submit a request for return email and you will be asked to follow some required steps as we try our best to meet your request. Contact Us immediately should you need assistance.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund ( Which is in the form of Store Credit or exchange).
To be eligible but not guaranteed for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you are responsible for the full cost of return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds (in the form of store credit) are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable) - ARE ONLY IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer or damaged from warehouse handling. Please note that you will be required to take a picture of it immediately after package is opened, before we can further make a consideration of exchange or refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
The products have been sourced from different countries and have been carefully curated on our online store so our customers can find unique products in just one store. Any product which you see on our store is fast selling , making it unavailable without notice. Please note that since each individual item is coming from different places , we do not have yet one address for returns. You will have to message us for a return if it is approved in only an extreme case!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please , give enough patience for us to ship out to you ( a maximum of 12 days) and you should provide us with the exact and valid address. Our company will not be held responsible for missing items , or erroneous address whatsoever.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Again, please be sure of everything before you confirm purchase.

In A Nutshell
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive credit in the form of a High Street Whistles E-Store Credit Code, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center ( authorized and povided by one of our customer service ) in accordance with the following Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- High Street Whistles reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
- High Street Whistles does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.)
- Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging)
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Code minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Code to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. High Street Whistles does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
